Highly concentrated, this wine shows a purple color with slight terracotta hues that speak of its early evolution in the bottle. On the nose, its aromas of increasing complexity recall ripe, sweet red fruits, combined with violets, meaty notes, and additional hints of well-integrated oak. On the palate, this intense, long, spicy wine feels very smooth, with complex layers of ripe red and black fruits, tobacco leaf and black pepper on the persistent finish.
