A great end of the year for Viña 7 Colores

With outstanding scores in several of its lines, Viña 7 Colores closes 2022, consolidating itself as one of the most innovative brands in the national wine world.

Viña 7 Colores is a different brand that is presented in the traditional world of wine as an atypical proposal. Its non-traditional image, the use of heritage vines and its innovative and unique blends make it an unconventional winery that stands out for its excellent quality and for its expressive and structured wines.

2022 was an excellent year for 7 Colores and many of its lines received excellent scores nationally and internationally. Alzado Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 obtained 94 points from the national publication La Cav and 92 points from the American critic James Suckling.

Likewise, its Gran Reserva line, with its Pinot Noir 2018, received 92 points from La Cav. Its 2019 Chardonnay and 2020 Sauvignon Blanc varieties received 91 points from the Chilean publication, and its 2018 Cabernet Savignon/Muscat variety was highlighted with 90 points by the North American Vinous media.

Edición Limitada Carmenère 2019, received 92 points from the Descorchados wine guide and the Chardonnay/ Viognier 2019 version, obtained 92 points from La CAV.

The Single Vineyard line was also highly rated. The American medium Vinous awarded 90 points to its 2018 Red Blend, made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Carignan, and the prestigious Descorchados wine guide awarded it 91 points.

To close 2022, the Brazilian magazine Adega, the most important publication in that country, chose our Reserva Sauvignon Blanc /Torontel 2021 and Reserva Carmenere /Cinsault 2019 wines among the 100 Best Wines under US$20, a great recognition for this line.
