Its sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay, comes from the Limarí valley, a nationally and internationally acclaimed terroir as one of the best areas to produce varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, since it has a climate that favors clear skies, high UV radiation and fresh winds thanks to the marine influence, as well as mineral soils that provide unique characteristics such as unmatched acidity and aromas.
Sparkling Brut Charmat is a bright yellow sparkling wine made with the Charmat method with golden tones. Its aromas evoke intense and persistent fruity notes with a creamy touch. On the palate, it has body and a balanced acidity, which gives it freshness and a long finish, which makes it a unique, elegant and very fresh wine.
Pairs very well with cheeses, white fish and shellfish. The ideal service temperature is between 7° and 9°C.
